About Suzanne Ickes RD, LDN.

Suzanne Ickes is a registered dietitian licensed in the state of Pennsylvania. She has been a dietitian for over 30 years, working in hospitals, nursing homes, school districts, government agencies, corporate America, dialysis centers, and
private practice. She has worked with thousands of people of all ages and from a variety of backgrounds. Suzanne has a passion for nutrition education and enjoys getting her message across with public speaking. Cholesterol reduction has
long been an interest of hers, starting during her education at Penn State University continuing with her work at the Allentown Health Bureau and
furthered with her work in hospitals and corporate America. It was during her work in private practicethat she learned of new methods to lower
cholesterol and was best provided the tools to educate and monitor her clients to see the outcomes of the interventions. The Soluble Fiber Solution is the result of this work.
